Placement in a 2-year HR Rotational Program comprised of 3 rotations. Each colleague will spend 8 months in each specific HR area. Rotations may include Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Workforce Solutions, Compensation, Benefits, Organizational Design, and elective rotations. The program will also encompass:
- Formal mentorship throughout the program
- Challenging real world hands on projects
- Monthly networking opportunities among HR colleagues and company leaders
- Professional development workshops
- Business Resource Group involvement
- Volunteer activities
The goal of the program is placement in an area of HR after the 2-year rotation. This rotational program will be based in Chicago. What Are the Requirements You Must Meet?
What Do You Need To Be Successful?
- Pursuing a Master's Degree in HR, Psychology, or related field
- Graduation date between December 2018 - June 2019
- 0-3 years of work experience
- A minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0
- Highly motivated and eager to gain hands on experience within the HR field
- Previous HR work or internship experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong orientation to detail
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Team player and excitement to work on a different HR team every 8 months

: This is a paid program, with a merit increase after the first year and around 10% increase after the second year. Position Type
