Customer Service Representative

OVERVIEW:

We are currently searching for a Customer Service professional to join a well-known, growing organization in Elgin, IL.

HOURS:

You will be assigned a 40 hour shift each week with a flexible schedule between the hours of Monday-Friday: 7am-8:30pm & Saturday: 9am-3pm.

PAY:

$16/hr

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answering inbound telephone calls from clients, agents and other team members.
  • Making outbound telephone calls to clients.
  • Responsible for completing client interviews, which consists of verifying information supplied by a licensed agent and obtaining and accurately documenting information such as health history and lifestyle questions.
  • Communicate with internal teams, general agencies and agents regarding current status, problems and processes.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm required.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to balance speed and accuracy.
